DentaMax™ is an educational hub run by NutriFlex® (SmartPack Pty Ltd). This page explains how DentaMax™ orders are paid for, shipped, delivered and returned.

Where we ship
We currently deliver within South Africa only. Prices are shown and charged in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of VAT.
Delivery times
Orders placed before 13h00 on a working day are dispatched the same day. Please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery once your order has been dispatched. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order leaves our warehouse.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Collection from our factory shop
You are welcome to collect your online order free of charge. Select "Collect from NutriFlex Factory Shop" at checkout. We will email you once your order is packed and ready. Collections are from SmartPack PTY Ltd, 1 Riverside Park, 32 Lakeshore Road, Capricorn Park, Muizenberg 7945, Western Cape.
Tracking your order
A dispatch confirmation and tracking number are emailed to you as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. If you created an account at checkout, you can log in to view and track your order. Please make sure your email address and delivery address are correct, as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect details or by third-party spam filters blocking our emails.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
You are responsible for providing a full and correct delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, you will be charged the delivery cost again to resend it. If you choose not to resend, we will refund the value of the products but not the original delivery charge.
Failed delivery and undelivered parcels
If you are not available when the courier attempts delivery, they will leave a notice and may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for collection. If a parcel remains unclaimed and is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the value of the products but not the delivery charge. A parcel is considered lost only after 15 working days in the delivery network. We cannot dispatch a replacement until this period has passed.
Returns & refunds
DentaMax™ is a consumable food-sprinkle powder and a health supplement. Under public health and safety regulations, foodstuffs and health supplements cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for change of mind or once opened.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
We will replace or refund items that are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered. To claim:
- Report the fault within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@nutriflex.co.za or +27 (0)21 001 0198.
- Include your order number and, where possible, a photo of the fault or damage.
- Keep the item in its original packaging and return it if we ask you to.
Where we accept that the item was defective, we will replace it free of charge and refund the cost of return postage. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, approved refunds are processed within 30 days of us resolving your claim, to your original payment method.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
