Do You Have a Factory Shop?
Yes. We do have a factory shop located at our production facilities. Our factory shop is open from Monday to Thursday 08h00-16h00 and Friday 08h00-15h00. (Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)
Are Your Pet Supplements Certified Human-Grade?
Yes. Unlike most pet supplements, which are feed-grade, even when they claim to use human-grade ingredients, our pet supplements are certified suitable and safe for human consumption. We use organic (where possible) human-grade functional ingredients, which are processed and packed in our own FSA (Food Safety Accredited) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified human-food-grade, gluten-free facilities. This ensures higher-quality ingredients, safety standards and product integrity, as you'd expect from your own food and health supplements.
Are Your Products 100% Natural?
Yes. We’re committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and nutritional integrity, which is why you won’t find any bulking agents, unwanted preservatives, hidden sugars (maltodextrin), dyes or artificial ingredients of any kind in our products. This means that we say NO to GMO ingredients, preservatives, fillers, by-products, hormones or pesticides.
